FAQs

Who will be there?

Guests of honor will be listed soon!

If the tickets are $45 and $60, why am I being charged more than that?

EventBrite charges a fee to use their services. NETTP PAC is covering the credit card fees, but the EventBrite fees are paid by the guest. To avoid fees, you may pay by mail. See the next question below this one!

Can I purchase tickets by mail?

YES! Send your check made out to NE Tarrant Tea Party PAC along with the names of ALL your guests to NETTP PAC, c/o Trish Date, 8728 Stone Valley Dr, Ft Worth TX 76244. Include your email address and phone number so that Trish can call you to confirm your tickets. Your tickets are NOT reserved until you have heard from Trish.

Can I donate money without going to the event?

Of course! Every bit helps! Click here!

What does the money go towards?

All money raised through ticket sales and donations goes 100% to NE Tarrant Tea Party PAC to fund Shark Tank (our statewide movement to locate, vet and support conservative candidates for the State House) and our mailer for the next Primary Election. We hope to raise $25,000.

Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?

No. Everyone is welcome as long as they purchase a ticket.

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?

Due to limited parking at the residence, complimentary shuttle/valet service is provided. There is NO PARKING at the house. Guests should park at Southlake Baptist Church, 1101 N Carroll Ave, Southlake. Shuttles will run back and forth from the church to the venue. You'll find a volunteer with a sign indicating where to pick up the shuttle. Please plan accordingly to allow time to park and take the shuttle to the event!

What can/can't I bring to the event?

Bring yourself, friends and family. Feel free to bring a camera. Please, no food or drink brought into the event.

Where can I contact the organizer with any questions?

What is the refund policy?

All tickets are non-refundable. If you find you cannot use your ticket, please find someone to give or sell it to.

Do I get to meet any of the VIP guests?

We have opted not to have a VIP reception this year, so feel free to introduce yourself to any of our guests of honor as you mingle at the party!

Is there a dress code for this event?

No, but we hope you will add to the festivities by dressing in 1830's Old West attire! The possibilities are endless... gunslinger, saloon girl, prairie woman, cowboys and Indians... Have fun with it! We will award a prize to the one dressed most "Texas Tough"!

Is this an outdoor event? What if it rains? Should I bring seating?

If it rains, the show still goes on! Tents will go up.

Tables and chairs will be provided; no need to bring any.

Will alcohol be served?

A cash bar will be available. Drinks are $5 for beer or wine, and $7 for cocktails.
